Have they changed the policy? I just ordered a new computer set at around 9 pm (28th Dec) and it says it'll arrive on 30th... shouldn't it arrive on the 29th as I ordered before 11pm?

In my area CityLink are fantastic and Parcelforce are awful. I have had numerous parcels go missing with Parcelforce and never turn up. A couple of years ago after an Amazon order failed to be delivered by Parcelforce I called my local depot and the man there pretty much told me that all of his colleagues are thieves hired on short term contracts who target packages from Amazon, Dabs etc and that dozens of items go missing every day.

@brokenornamentsjaby After over 8k of business with them I totally agree. City Link have got to be the worst courier they use by far. My local UPS are pretty good but still don't beat parcel force.

I prefer it when they use parcel force, UPS are too unpredictable... just wish Ebuyer would work to make all products available for next day instead of most... I hate the alternative warehouse, it means waiting, same delivery cost and the use of City Link... It sounds like I buy so much off them... Oh S**t I DO!!
