Flash has absolutely awful performance, full screen flash video at 720p resolution can bring the latest Core 2 Duo to its knees. It's even worse if you're running the Mac or Linux version of Flash.
Flash just runs in the CPU... you can have an amazing video card, but it doesn't matter to flash... duh?

it all has to do with the flash player itself, it has nothing to do with eye candy or "LUNA" being in use ... nor video drivers
flash player just sucks at playing videos, you can have the exact same video in xvid and flv, the xvid will play at 20%CPU not flash

Flash seams to be realy bad at scaling video but most flash games should run preaty grate.
