Rastan (Arcade) - Father of Syn Remix

This is my take on the in-game theme from Rastan, set to footage of the game itself. As you may notice, I'm not particularly good at it! It's a little frustrating, with plenty of 'unavoidable damage' moments, typical of late-80's arcade games, and the controls are clumsy in places, but it's still a pretty solid side-scroller. As for the music, it's an interesting piece that I was able to go a bit nuts with. I based my remix mostly on the Commodore 64 version of the track, by Martin Galway.

@MrHeli The 360 d pad is terrible, you'd probably be better off using a keyboard then that! I have a pad converter so we can use a playstation pad, remind me and I'll bring it over.

@kogepanchan Erm, on MAME, with a keyboard! Worst control ever, I know. I should try it with my 360 pad; I still reckon the controls are less responsive than they need to be, though. But yeah, maybe we should try and finish it when you visit; I can hook my laptop up to the TV, and we can play it in HD!

Maybe when I come down we should get some pizza in and finish the game, I got right to the end at my friends house but then had to leave to get my train home :(

You have inspired me! I now think crotch shots are the way to end ALL videos, I might try and work one into my project, should be pretty easy considering the subject :D
