Seems there are alot of question which are about hovering with the harrier. You have to use thrust vectoring. Might have to configure this in your controls layout. Goof luck all

good plane terrible scenery, if your going dogfight for scenery and planes, you might wanna try Lock On, or Il2

You're too heavy. When you want to take off vertically you need to carry no ammo and only 50% of fuel
