@Corey50490 do u play football? if so, i was in the same situation. what u need to do is to eat lots of vegies, eat lean meat, no carbs (maybe a little), go to a park, start running 5-10 minutes a day in sprints or relays with some friends, do some pushups ( this may cause muscle weight though so be careful, the same with crunches) and just do some in place running for a while.
