For those of you who got nothing, you have to use headphones with it, b/c of how the sounds work with the brainwaves. Without headphones, it will only sound relaxing, but it won't take you on a trip. I listened to it during my 4 hour sleep and felt like I slept 7 hours. It was nice. Thank you for sharing this!!!!! :)
