Preamble to the constitution. Notice the part that says promote the general Welfare? Health is included in that. A public option is apparently mandated.

A house divided cannot stand; this Country is clearly divided. It's a shame the only thing that can bring us together is tragedy, are being attacked. We can run to other Countries pay for their Infrastructure, Education, Health Care and stand up their Military. The moment any one talks about supporting home, we can't afford it, it would ruin of kids future, and everyone starts screaming Socialism. It's truly some pathictic people out there.

@Idude893 This post could not possibly have more of a Democrat, left wing agenda attached. The fact of the matter is, Republicans wanted the ENTIRE thing removed. It is an illegal law, and while the majority of Republicans and Democrats are self motivated, they know who they work for and don't try to push their agendas against the call of the people. @UncleFred34 Because it forces Americans to buy something they don't NEED. That is in direct violation of the Constitution. I don't know how you leftists are going to twist the Constitution to suit your needs today, but....... I speak the English language and OUR Constitution says you can't compel the people to buy insurance. Doesn't matter if the entire country agrees and it would benefit everyone, you can't force the people to buy insurance.
