frothslosh: I assume they board up buildings to prevent damage caused by the more aggressive protesters i.e. cops dressed up as anarchists to give them an excuse to use violence against the more peaceful protesters. One of the last times the corporate elites met in Canada, 3 cops dressed up as protesters with rocks in hand were busted by demonstrators because they were still wearing their police issued boots!

I'm opposed to their very existence. It's a meeting of the fascist leaders of the worlds most powerful nations. I can't imagine not having an issue with it. -A-

Wild man, wild. It's freakish to see all of those "troopers" stationed outside like that - carted and hauled to Pittsburgh to stop "protesters".

This world is fucked up.
