  • I think she's meant to be Jen Durkin, and she sings a mean janis cover, if that's what you're asking.

  • thank you for letting catch a glimpse.. i've heard audio, but i've been waiting for a durkin devils visual!!

  • No prob. Check my newest uploads from Jamcruise -- I have Zero with Jen Durkin playing Janis.

  • @jo3jar the dead started in 67

  • The Dead started playing it in early 69, and it appeared on their album Live/Dead which was released in November of 69.

  • Is that Kimock - he seems to be kinda thin on lead playing. Mostly just rhythym and not that interesting even on that. Guess Bob and Jerry spoiled me. I'd go see them anyway just to see the drummers together.

  • PIPES RULES!!!!!!! and she always will!

  • This was a good show got some nice pictures. was lucky enough to get close to the stage.

  • FYI:

Actually this song has been written by Dreadric Malone and Joseph Scott and was first recorded by blues singer Bobby Bland in 1961. Janis performed it in 1970

  • haha is she meant to be janis joplin?
