Best Di Quella Pira? for those who love histrionics and barely controlled over the top singing from a tenor who has to slide up to his top notes .. sure is! Seriously though I'll take Pavarotti, Corelli or even Del Monico any day

He's been so much criticized, and sometimes rightly so, for his odd stage behavior and musical leniency . This being said, what a singer, what a voice and talent. He had a great instrument and knew how to use it! Odd or not, he's missed cuz today singers sound all the same, like stupid robots. F.B. knew how to be different and to exploit his very own trademark ... Bless him. RIP
