ANYONE IN THE WORLD CAN SIGN THE UK ONE LAW FOR ALL PETITION AND SUPPORT THE GLOBAL STATEMENT AGAINST SHARIA

Whether life forms on this lump of rock or life forms on another lump of rock, we are just life forms on lumps of rock.

We are not better, nor worse than each other.

This is a short email from someone who has a voice - a gentle and intelligent voice.

Listen, please.

Listen and decide whether or not you understand what this odd little existence of ours is really all about.

  • Reminds me of a quote from Winston Churchill which goes something like this. If you will not fight when the odds are in your favour then you may find yourself forced to fight when your back is against the wall and all chance of victory has slipped from your grasp.

Too many people have become cowards and will not stand up for there values. They voice there opinions only where they cannot be heard and hope that "someone" will save them.

Sign the bloody petition you freedom depends on it!

  • Signed. I as an Ex-Muslim am more than happy to help. Ive seen Sharia in action thats why I escaped my country.

  • @scumsberg How do I go about signing this petition?

  • Petition signed courtesy of one small voiced Canadian.

  • Props to schmatt13 for denouncing nationalism and charishing secular humanist views.

  • Your doubts are perhaps a little too optimistic, particularly since you don't know what is going on in the UK. In any case, family matters (divorce, child custody, division of property) are very significant matters, and applying Sharia in this area can make a huge difference.

  • I know little of the Sharia courts operating in Britain and I would like to know a little more about them from a balanced source. But doubt that these courts will control little more than family matters.

  • So you are saying that we need not worry right now? I disagree. There are already Sharia courts operating in the UK for muslims (with respect to family, inheritance and some minor criminal law matters). Acceptance of religious law now will only make it more difficult in the future to get rid of it. If something is deemed to be bad, why allow it to spread at all? Like cancer, it should be eliminated ASAP and before it destroys the whole body.

  • I never said that I was in favor of a Muslim theocracy. I fact I'm against a Muslim theocracy. Many Muslims in Britain are immigrants. And the recent economic collapse will discourage immigrants to immigrate to the United Kingdom. It is highly unlikely that Muslims will form a majority in Britain any time in the near future.

  • Do you think that muslims should be able to impose their laws on everyone else if in a majority? It is very likely that muslims will form a majority of the UK population within the next thirty years. What is wrong with secularism, which allows freedom of religion for all? Why would anyone wish to force everyone else to follow their religion? I'm not sure what your point is. You seem to be saying that no-one should worry JUST YET. Don't you think secularism is always superior?

  • I'm saying that the likelihood of a Muslim theocracy is fairly slim. Because Muslims are too few in number to overthrow the current secular government of Britain. Despite victimlesscriminal's fear mongering; Muslims will not be able to impose sharia law on the United Kingdom in quite some time.

  • Are you saying that the merits of a muslim theocracy should be assessed according to the percentage of muslims that live in the country? In any event, there are going to be people of other faiths who do not want to live under the laws of another religion. The advantage of secularism is that people of all religions are free to practise their faiths, but obviously not free to impose their belief systems on others. Isn't that fair?
