you are not obliged to she ID...
if they use force or threaten to use force ..
you can submit under notice of duress..they have three days to rebut/explain this notice...
they have then to explain to their court of law ..the statute that obliges you to show ID..
they are looking for the person and for you t act as surety when they charge that person ..
