Quit CCP ! (CCP is not equal to China)

CCP(Chinese Communist Party) killed around 80 millions of innocent people in China. CCP is not equal to China. China has great culture from time immemorial, but CCP distroyed all these from Chinese people's mind to nature. There will be new china, only without CCP. Currently over 19 millions of people quit CCP as of 1st of May, 2007.

... the regime. Getting through to those people is going to be very hard because they accuse westerners of 'not understanding China' or 'interfering' and they accuse brave Chinese dissidents of being 'US puppets' Both allegations are simply not true.

On a more optimistic note though, an apparently increasing number of Chinese citizens are becoming more informed and more angry with the regime. I doubt Xi Jinping will allow human rights reforms... but his successor might

This is coupled with a jingoistic and hostile attitude to any outside scrutiny which the regime conveniently labels 'interferance' . Im an English teacher and some of my students, in their early 20s actually believe the Tiananmen Square Massacre was 'made up' by the Americans. As a staunch believer in democracy and human rights I strongly hope China changes for the better.

But I fear its going to be longer and harder than the current uprisings sweeping the Arab World

For a start is the vast population... changing a country as big as China with a regime that has had an iron grip for 60 years wont be easy.

That regime has an iron grip on all media outlets and so anything that shows the dark side of communism is ...

Furthermore is changing public mindsets.

@ThiefFanatic If the leaders in Russia start acting righteously, Russia will be heading towards a brighter future.. When you stop using heroine, there's a withdrawal process before you start feeling better. Communism is just like heroine for a society, you gotta get it out of your system. It feels good in the beginning but it is destructive and deceptive, especially for a nation's spirit. People's minds need to stay free.

@ThiefFanatic China is lawless right now, more then it has ever been.. There's a huge genocide happening in China right now against Falun Gong practitioners, and that is just a mess. The only way to bring a country prosperity is if you act righteously as a leader. The CCP is so corrupt it is bringing endless misfortune to the Chinese people.

@Timur21 Milošević was not a communist, a communist would not tell people to vote for Šešelj. Had the CCP not done what it has done, China would be like another India, lawless and poor. Look what happened to the Soviet Union and it's people. Sure, there are more rich people in Russia now, but there is a LOT more poor people.

@ThiefFanatic Nationalism in Serbia came with Milosevic and he was a communist. Nationalism has nothing to do with capitalism. The CCP has destroyed China, it has killed more people then the 2 World Wars combined.. It has no morals, is corrupted and nobody trusts it anymore. High officials are transferring their money to the US because a lot of people think the CCP will fall soon. How can anybody even think the CCP is needed... China would do much better without the CCP this is for sure.
