You re not alone du, I follow every single iron man such as 70.3 or the original at kona hawaii, and I like Macca philosofy... just enjoy the trip do not see it like a dark journey.... just enjoy it..

I loved this!! this something that you have to do for yourself!! It takes mostly mental strength!! This video made me think about a movie I saw last week, “Discover the Gift”. it talks about being true to yourself and do whatever you do best giving 100% all the time. So I take it if Chrissie finished 40 minutes behind Craig then my hopes of not being destroyed by a woman are extremely unlikely...my ego can't handle that.
