LADY BiRD feat.サラ「きっと・・・サヨナラ」は、
2009年8月26日発売の2ndシングル。

「なぜこんなに涙があふれだすの？」18歳サラを迎えた、
2009年セツナ系楽曲決定盤遂に完成！

2月25日にリリースされたLADY BiRDの
メジャーデビューシングル"Sweet Song"
(現在もテレビ朝日「熱血!!ゴルフ女子部」の
オープニングテーマとしてオンエア中)は、
Popteenの人気モデル「ソンイ」をフィーチャリングし、
CLUB ATOMを中心に全国のクラブでヘビープレイされ、
大きな話題になった。

LADY BiRDの2人は、
デビューシングルリリース後もオーディションを重ね、
2ndシングルのフィーチャリング・ヴォーカリストを
探し続けていた。

約300名に及ぶオーディションの中で
彼らの目に留まったのが、
弱冠18歳ながらエキゾティックで変幻自在なルックスと、
ハスキーで力強さを兼ね備えた歌声を持つ
無名のヴォーカリスト「サラ」だった。

彼女はスタジオの空気を一変させる
華やかさを持ち合わせ、
歌の表現力においては特にミディアム曲で
その真価を大いに発揮した。

今回の2ndシングルが前作と打って変わって
ミディアム曲になったのは
「サラ」の表現力にインスパイアされた結果だ。
