FAKE !!!. he might have really shot a deer but that was a high powered hunting rifle and not a BB gun as they suggest. First of all a BB gun cant kill a deer second did you hear the sound when that gun was fired. BB guns are almost completly silent.

Airguns were invented before firearms. Also, currently the advantage of the airgun is the 1968 gun control act modeled after the 1938 nazi gun control act. A felon can hunt with an airgun.

Why hunt with airgun ? Is it because it doesn't need license ? Seems to me, airgun is more expensive than the real gun. Please correct me if I am wrong.

Airgun hunting is legal in the state of Michigan. Also, he's not shooting the deer with a .177 airgun you might shoot in your backyard. He's using a .45 that, unless you live in Montana, would require you to go to the gun range for target practice.

Ethan - that gun is set up to only shoot 45 caliber slugs. However, at SHOT show this year they announced that they are coming out with a 50 caliber version of the rifle. You might also find the new Crosman .357 Rogue interesting. It offers much more flexibility than is typical for big bore air rifles when it comes to desired power as well as slug weight. Out of the box its set up to deliver 100 ft/lbs to 300 ft/lbs of energy based upon the preferences of the shooter.
