In my opinion, Ainge was the best QB Tennessee had since Peyton. It's unbelievable how well he did considering his drug problem that started as young as 12 years old! It's really a shame he didn't get help earlier. He could've been the next Peyton at UT if it weren't for his addiction.

i think he owns all

I'm o.k he is a Jet,but he really needs some work with his footwork . He doesn't step into his throws.

I think he has a great chance to be great in the NFL Pennington is injury prone and Kellen hasn't done much as a replacement, what I say is he'll start out as a backup which the Jets want him to and once when Pennington gets hurt that when Erik has his chance. Also he's in a place where there's some familiarity Pennington is a Knoxville native and he knew Ainge from his camps that he had in Knoxville and Kellen is from Oregon like Ainge.
Good Luck Erik Ainge.

Weak armed and all I'll take Chad over Kellen. Kellen has to show me this year what he can do. And I don't know about other people, but i would like to see Ainge develop, I think he is good enough to be the next thing, I just know, I've seen his throws and it sounds crazy but I think he could do it in time.
Good thing is he has time to develop.

Welcome to the New York Jets, Mr. Ainge!
from me too
I give him credit... he did alot with what he had. I he would have had Meachem for his senior year I think he would have had over 4000 yards with around 35 to 40 TD passes. I felt bad for him in that Cal game he was the only one who showed up to play and people still dogged him.
