I give him credit... he did alot with what he had. I he would have had Meachem for his senior year I think he would have had over 4000 yards with around 35 to 40 TD passes. I felt bad for him in that Cal game he was the only one who showed up to play and people still dogged him.

I'm o.k he is a Jet,but he really needs some work with his footwork . He doesn't step into his throws.

I think he has a great chance to be great in the NFL Pennington is injury prone and Kellen hasn't done much as a replacement, what I say is he'll start out as a backup which the Jets want him to and once when Pennington gets hurt that when Erik has his chance. Also he's in a place where there's some familiarity Pennington is a Knoxville native and he knew Ainge from his camps that he had in Knoxville and Kellen is from Oregon like Ainge.
Good Luck Erik Ainge.

Not this year. I think he's a guaranteed number 2 when Chad finally leaves. But after that, who knows! He has the makings of someone who can develop into a solid QB.

I love Chad, but i don't see this kid so far behind, Clemens hasn't done much, but i would take Chad over Kellen anytime. At least for now

you can't say chad is a good qb. and then say kellen is bad, we have seen what chad has done when he has a good o-line and it isnt much he will always be held back by his arm and injuries . at this point the only thing keeping him with us is his decent accuracy. kellen needs to get another year now that we have the power packed o-line. i agree i would like to see ainge as a number 2

Weak armed and all I'll take Chad over Kellen. Kellen has to show me this year what he can do. And I don't know about other people, but i would like to see Ainge develop, I think he is good enough to be the next thing, I just know, I've seen his throws and it sounds crazy but I think he could do it in time.
Good thing is he has time to develop.
