The fuel injectors you get from injector warehouse.com are not aftermarket replacements, They are the same parts that the manufacturer installs at the factory.

After sorting, the outside of the injectors are cleaned and the external components such as o-rings, seals and pintel caps, are removed.

Debris and deposits are then removed from the inside of the injector using our ultrasonic cleaning process.

We also back flush the fuel injector to ensure that any deposits that were missed during ultrasonic cleaning are removed.

The outside of the injector is then bead blasted and sprayed with a clear coating.

After the protective clear coat is dry, the injector is then thoroughly checked for leaks, electrical resistance, flow rate, and a consistent fuel spray pattern. This testing ensures that our fuel injectors meet or exceed OEM specifications.

The fuel injectors are then completely reassembled using new components specified by the manufacturer.

Once the fuel injectors have passed our final inspection in which we double check electrical resistance, flow rate, and spray pattern, they are packaged, labeled, and boxed.
