Mushroom Kingdom Fusion consists of ten worlds, and Megaman Realm is world 3.

Oh I see what you mean, well I have what's called the developers addition and that version only has one world but levels from each one. I'm not making Kirby in the main game, that's why you see that. Hope I wasn't too confusing. :P
