On July 10, 2008, a 2 PM press conference was called, on Capitol Hill, by Rep. Dennis J. Kucinich (D-OH). At that time, he explained that later in the afternoon he intended to offer in the House of Representatives a single Resolution entitled, "An Article of Impeachment of President George W. Bush." Rep. Kucinich charged that President Bush had "fraudulently obtained" authority from the U.S. Congress "to commit U.S. troops to combat in Iraq." He detailed, for the media, some of the lies that led the country into that immoral and illegal conflict. Rep. Kucinich underscored: "I believe in the Constitution!"

  • Bush and Cheney should have both been impeached but, I think Kucinich went the wrong way about it. He focused too much on the conspiracy focused on disinformation, rather than the actions of the president and his underlings.

I also think he failed to get the backing necessary to succeed prior to addressing the house. Had he persuaded enough minds, the NWO would have been stopped dead in it's tracks.

  • yea i guess

  • Meh, just let them be. They will have to live with all the hatred from around the world for the rest of their lives, don't you think that's punishment enough?

  • i know and also bush these days aint criticizing obama which is a little surprising but his asshole friend dick cheney is i still believe that him and cheney should face punishment

  • To late, lol

  • this is man is right

bush and cheney should be impeached

why dont we have men like him for congress

  • No, no, no, the 500 chemical artillery rounds found after the 2003 invasion were leftovers from the Iran-Iraq War. It is true that those weapons were degraded, but Saddam never destroyed them. Once again, Bush did not only mention WMDs. There were several reasons for going to war and the WMD thing was not one of them. Don't believe me, guess what, you're wrong. Go back and read about the history of the war in Iraq. It is not that hard and you will find many reasons for war.

  • Lies that are spoken using proper grammar are nonetheless lies. Scott Ritter and other weapons inspectors with a physics background proved unequivocally that any goop found in their inspections was just that: impotent goop. Chemicals left over from the 1990 invasion of Iraq had been long since rendered inoperable by time, that great leveler of us all. We were lied into an invasion of a sovereign country. But Goebbels was correct, as shown by some of our willfully ignorant commenters.

  • What was wrong with Hitler, he was a glorious Leader, Fascism is not that bad, at least you can profit from it. I wish Bush would simply declare marshal law and arrest and dispose of you type of people
