Early detection is vital... be breast aware and show your breasts some TLC: Touch, Look, Check.

This means being aware of what is normal for you and looking out for any unusual changes. Get anything unusual checked out by your doctor straightaway.

Spread the word: Six women are diagnosed every day in Ireland send our video message to at least six of your friends and ask them to share it with six more and so on.

In this way we can raise awareness and show our support of women who are facing breast cancer on a daily basis.
