  • I'd feel embarassed with my foot attached to his balls.

  • My instructor, Justin Ellison, taught me this and I assure you, it is money!!!

  • @piggypoo ye if you stop halfway you can go to kneebar by arching your back and bringing your arm back, puching his calf with your triceps (hope i'm clear) or change arm to go to regular kneebar

    regards

  • This is badass I have trained with several top guys (Ben Call and Griffin Reynaud) in Salt Lake and I have not seen this. Good job Brian.

  • @iuramentum I guess Superman could get that... But he doesn't have a hold of the leg with his own legs to finish it. The bottom guy *could* get his left leg around, but getting his right knee through isn't possible at that point. And that's if he's Superman :P

  • or hit his nuts with your heels =)

  • Can't wait to give this a try. My only concern is that the guy on bottom might catch the tops guy's left foot in a toe hold as it comes across his leg. For instance, at 2:11.

  • Are u related to Mario Yamasaki

  • Epic!!!!

  • oh man, I totally love this.
