Inspiration behind "Sex, Marriage, & Fairytales" || Spoken Word

After a poem usually comes out I get overwhelmed by the tweets/messages asking me the inspiration for the poem, or resources I can push them too. I thought it'd be fun from now on to put up a short video for each poem that highlights one resource I think can serve you the best, and also one that was most pivotal in me writing the piece. For this one it was definitely "real marriage" by my pastor, Mark Driscoll. The book is extremely honest and gritty in a way that most christian books/conferences aren't. He talks about issues that we all deal with and offers Jesus as the only solution. Great book, great sermon series, great resource, check it out!
