Gay marriage should have been made legal A LONG time ago. We should not be prejudiced against just because of who we love. The same people who argue against gay marriage based on religious reasons don't seem to understand that spirits or souls do not have human sexual properties. Should two souls who love each other be excluded just because in life they were of the same sex? God wants people to love no matter what it looks like.

another thing... when your saying about the bible etc. i had a 53 year old guy, yea a 53 year old call me sinful and tell me im going to burn in hell for my sinful choice... like dude id didnt pick to be this way... when did you wake up in the morning and go 'oh yknow what im gona be straight!' like mahn... and how can my sexuality be sinful but a grown man bashing a teenager over the internet not be sinful? its so stupid! gah!

hey again :P just commented on your piercing cleaning vid ;D i love your attitude to this... im only 16 and i KNOW im gay or lesbian whatever lolz, even tho im late on commenting i dont see why people are so against the same sex thing like... i get so much crap in school for it but it had fuck all to do with them like? im all for gay marrage etc personaly im not wanting kids but for gay people who do i dont see why not either... its pretty messed up how we get treated. peace out!! :D xx

if you Go to Wikipedia and type in Baker v. Nelson, The case will show you that the same court in Loving v Virginia not only distinguished same sex marriage from interracial marriage, but established it as a right that does not exist under the constitution and never did. so the 14 amendment does not confer a RIGHT to gay marriage anymore than it does for polygamy.

I think your arguments are good though all the background on what us gay folk don't have is a bit depressing, lol. Maybe talk about how not having those things are unethical and how the only reason we don't have full rights is because of religious crazies, which the constitution says there should be a separation of church and state.

Your points are great; your speech will be great. I have just one thing to say and I'm not totally certain of this myself since I haven't seen any studies for some time. I think, however, that most studies show little, if any difference between children raise by gay vs. straight parents. IMO, the important factor is how kids are raised, not who raises them.
