@12345edd One thing that also has been a good success for my fighters is I do not slam the pads against their hands, because no one slam their face against their fist, so when they have to really reach to hits the pads it teaches them full ranch and truth distances.
@tallset2 We can not move outside the camera it is on a tripod, When I am training my fighters I do move to give them the true feeling of another fighter. I will try to get someone to hold the camera thks for the feedback.

Why do you feed the pads standing still?
Move each hit. Not going through your videos and flaming you.
Just it is different when someone else sees.
