Sketching music with EastWest Quantumleap FL studio 9

Just sketching some ideas. Just got the Silver edition of EWQL orchestra. Its amazing but my computers dont have enough power to handle more than 7-8 plugins in fl studio :(

How did you get play to work properly in fl studio? when I load it into FL the sounds start to pop and crack regardless of much I move the buffer, I'm seriously on the verge of giving up these EWplugins.
