The rope is what the owner of that pond uses to tie the boat with when he parks it. My father's friend's friend allowed us to fish there two springs in a row. It's near College Station, TX. This was the biggest fish of all the trips. It's strictly catch & release and I was trying to be as gentle with the fish as possible by leaving it in the water while we prepared the camera for stills & video. I just used the rope because I didn't have a stringer.
