Also as for the marketing I haven't really done the marketing yet but you got people from all over that I've met that started out in debt & now they're making at least $10,000 a month just from marketing the education...so I'm sorry you don't believe it, maybe you need to take a trip out to Phoenix during the next college & see whether or not these ppl are posers as you've suggested. I'm sure after seeing a true count of 2000-3000 ppl that paid 19,500 to be there you'll have a different opinion

Let me be clear when I address you--It's $19,500 to go to a real estate university, you go to class in phoenix, you have online classes, you have textbooks for those classes, you have a 15-volume reference encyclopedia for different strategies, and now you can get a degree for it if you choose to. So regardless of what you think, it's fully legit! People say it's great b/c it is. 3000 people didn't pay $19,500 for nothin & I definitely didn't! The best thing is ppl make their $19,500 back!

Thank you sracer4! What a big turnout, 2,200 people out of a population of 308 million. NRU is run by a bunch of marketing majors who were capitalizing on a national phenomenon, real estate. Its no secret there's money to be made in real estate, people have been doing it on their own for years. Forget the self help babble they spin, get off ur a**, educate yourself, & use the 20g's on your first deal OR go to NRU & come back feeling like a German leaving a Hitler speech.  NRU HAS NO ETHICS!!

Don't hesitate, just do it. Go to some events and check it out. The success we say were having is true. I have seen people that have over 100 million in real estate join and say they learned so much more! Zane Hansen, 24 years old and does $100,000 months. Chad Wade in 2008 is already at 1.3 million in this economy. 97% of people in America are employees, 3% business owners. Remember 97% of people will tell you your crazy for thinking about it. How long has it taken you to make your tuition back? How much cash have you made excluding the money you made to pay for your tuition since joining? And which strategies are you using to make that money? Wholesaling? Shortsales? I am contemplating joining but I've done all the books, videos and seminars and I actually have some wholesaling experience so I'm not sure if this would be worth it for me. I've noticed that many NR communities mainly focus on the mkt instead of investing. Comments?
