Vitamin C is NOT a cure-all. This is just bull.

Quite correct vitamin C is a free-radical scavenger not a cure-all. It will however protect from radiation - and assist other free-radical scavengers.

Presumably, you are such an expert on "bull" it is not necessary for you to justify your comment with facts.

Before you made this unfortunate comment you might have googled: free radical scavenger radiation, or antioxidant radiation protection.

We prefer people to make rational decisions rather than relying on prejudice and emotion.

While Linus Pauling's theory on Vitamin C and orthomolecular medicine has been criticized by "establishment" medicine in recent decades, Dr. Yanagisawa's findings along with the 2010 Japan Defence Academy papers on Vitamin C as a possible aid to radiation dna and cell damage repair or defense are indeed very interesting, and wider and more extensive follow-up studies definitely should be supported, the sooner the better. What I have come to realize is that we live in Bizarro World. When the "government" proclaims something it is 99% a lie. War on weeds, seem dandelions according to this asian lady fights cancer. The other weed, seems it has extensive healing qualities, bad weed. Bitter almond trees have been OUTLAWED in the US due to cure of cancer.

Dr. C. Crandall rated one of the top 10 Cardiologist's in the USA, at the Palm Beach Florida Cardio Transplant quotes a UC Berkley study which showed Vitamin C as effective in clearing arteries of plaque. Better than the popular RX drug. It is not patented so doctors are not pushed to use it.
