Since 2002 Willem van Wageningen is developing a new way of making digital
presentation sketches for industrial designers: 'freehand morphing',
exploring a different and inspirational approach

All drawings on this site were handmade with a pressure-sensitive pen
on a digital sketch tablet

However, also images of existing products can be used as a starting point

Additionally, different moods can be evoked by changing
the color and lighting properties

The author is a lecturer at the Delft University of Technology, The Netherlands
faculty of industrial design engineering
