At 3:30, how did they get the strip on the rims to look that good? And are 2008 Honda TRX250EX able to be posted on the site?

$1400 is a very good price. Depending on what type of riding you do, and what your looking to get out of it... Personally, I think suspension is a good place to start. Many people start with exhaust. I sell parts online at very low prices. The link is on my home page
