hey i can pick up a different stick
there are plenty of other things to think about to let energy flow
im going to pick up the ones that vibrate me into a good feeling place
i can cut and run or stand right where i am
that which feels good for me
i want to feel pure positive energy
nothing bad has to change!

You are right on target and its good to hear you say this. I am so encouraged by your post understanding that YES insecurity encourages the crazies. So even if you seem cool like you have it under control, that doubt and bad feeling can attract people/situations that stimulate it. Thanks!

Unconditional love NOW means to me that I love myself no matter how yucky someone or something is I am going to feel good now, I am not going to allow abusers or liars or whatever "label" I may want to give them to protect myself, keep my from flowing and gushing about how Good EVERYTHING is in my experience. Because I own this experience, and I love love myself and I absolutely love it. So all the "mess ups" no hard feelings, well all have a good side, thats the side for me. The sunny side up!

It sounds like one of the tapes I have from the early 90s when the sound quality was not as good as in the more recent recordings.

Scratching my head here .. is this from the official cd? The sound quality is terrible! I can hear the person in the hot seat so loudly and Abraham/Esther almost not at all! What's going on?

@Dengee: One more thing I wanted to add and that is this. I think the key to all this is security. If you feel secure, then no one can throw you off your game. But if you feel insecure, then someone acting crazy around you will send you into chaos. Insecurity is the DEVIL if you ask me. HAHA! If you feel insecure, then you are big-time screwed! But if you feel secure and centered in your own skin, then the whole world could go mad and you'd still be "all good in the hood." You feel me? ;P

@Dengee: On your 2nd comment here, I don't agree that she is responsible for her sister's behavior. However, if you feel like a victim, then people will treat you like a victim. So, maybe the lady in this video is feeling like a victim and therefore her sister reflects that back to her. In my own life, when I started feeling more secure and confident, then people stopped messing with me. If you feel strong and powerful, then I think people are less likely to disrespect or mistreat you.
