assumia and nijan banging on rails next to my door.MOV

Ok so I do not know if this is because I called Brad or what but Najion and Assumia were slamming the metal rails by our aparment and being extremely loud and their mom did NOTHING.. john john comes yelling for his mom and this isnt even by the door this is by the front Window. Her kids the lady on the third floor always SCREAM for their mom from the bottom floor poluting our peace and quite with screaming for "MOM!!" "MOM" instead of walking up the stairs. Their mom in the hallway here just ignores their banging on the rails and that low rumbling sound is people stomping down the stairs. She does nothing while being super extra friendly with the new neighbor here right across from me. I will no longer allow Winter Or Rain to play outside with these kids as all they do is get into trouble.. or barge in my house without knocking and I have had to start locking my door around them. So if you could please have a chat with Assumia and Najians parents about the disturbances and car throwing that would be nice. It is sad when neighbors like the 2nd story lady WHO I THOUGHT WAS MY FRIEND!!! flat out lies about the noises these kids make and I have to VIDEO TAPE IT AS PROOF!!! the 2nd story lady was earlier before all this happening very complaining out side and in a very bad mood. I do NOT know if this had to do with me telling on what I though was JORDEN calling WInter a "Cry baby" and it ended up being some other kid. Many people are related here.. DONT KNOW... but I am NOT a liar and I hope this proves why I called brad!!
