  • "Ladies and gentlemen, Continental would like to welcome you to Tatooine" ...

  • @ccraven95 The sunset, being obscured by the dust, was almost as cool as Tatooine.

  • I'm pretty sure that is a 757 instead of a 737...

  • @aldaol It is definitely a Boeing 737NG (possibly a -900), winglets don't imply it's a 757. Compare the flaps, for example.

  • @Unstung You are both wrong, it's a plane ... x)

  • @StatikTronik Wow, you're right!

  • That's funny. The word "dust storm" tagged some Phoenix videos to show on the side!!

  • ya a 757 wing is way more longer then that

  • @aldaol its 737 -.- 757 wl are much smaller

  • @PetShopAzula111 not anymore:-( UNITED is now ORD with a Houston (IAH) Hub.

  • Aren't flights meant to be cancelled/postponed during dust storms??? This seems really dangerous. It's like a dense fog but i doubt engines are built to withstand all that dust.

  • @eyeluv2dance NY to TLV isn't necessarily always less than 12hrs. Varying headwinds, and different routes due to turbulence, or other varying factors, vary the flight time immensely.

But, regardless of all that, there's no reason for it ever to be much more than 12.

  • @tahnolikessharing NY to Tel Aviv has to be less than 12hrs cause it took me 12hrs from NY to Dubai, which is farther distance than Tel Aviv.

LAX to Sydney was also my longest flight at 14hrs. Yay traveling.
