    In Austria we have Nikolo (St Nikolaus) coming on Dec 6th to bring just sweets and nuts and fruit... Krampus on Dec 5th to all kids that behaved bad... (you need to google the word for pictures, he's really scary)

    So - Nikolo would be for us the same as Sinterklaas in Holland but the without the big presents. The presents brings the Christkind on Dec 24th in the evening (and not over night)
