the video is cut for the actual swing part, at 40 sec into the clip. Most people lower way out, maybe 10 meters more, and make a big swing to get across. Is it some kind of secret how they did this?

if you know (assumed you climb not the first time here) where to catch holds on the swing`s end you can do like this which is then faster ....
