@janlafata And the place that the pigeon lined up with the other Riaders was the exact same spot where that dead player used to line up. The players on the team said that God put that pigeon in that spot to let them know that he (the player who died) was alright and that he was with them for one more play. If you want to look up the video, just type in "Pigeon plays football".

@janlafata The story on the Oakland pigeon is that the Oakland Raiders were facing the Philedelphia Eagles back around October of 2008. During the fourth quarter, a pigeon comes on to the field and lined up with the Raiders special teams unit. Once the kickoff started, the pigeon actually flew with the Raiders and was the contain man as the announcers said. After the game many players believe that the pigeon was a gift from God, because a player from the Oakland Raiders died that year.

Oh yea who wouldn't like to do a "play by play" voice of animals every now and then. I mean, animals have down well in sports...Remember Bugs Bunny when he played baseball?

@janlafata What about the pigeon that played football for the Oakland Raiders. That pigeon plus this rabbit equals an undefeated season for whoever they play for.

@TFSTACHE I've never heard about the Oakland - pigeon thing. What's the story on that? Is there any video of it anywhere?

We were amused though. We kept cheering "GO RABBIT GO!"

I assume that someone eventually caught the rabbit and removed him from the area right? Did the PA announcer say anything and did the fans know what was going on?
