On a serious note, Opossums are wild animals and should be left alone. This one was found orphaned as a baby by a wildlife rehabilitator, checked for diseases, and hand raised. Not all opossums are as docile as Cuddles, but the intent of the video is to show that some individuals can be when properly nurtured.
