@insanecaine Twinkie is not a diva sweets.... she's very humble especially to be a person who influenced gospel world wide the way she has. She was just giving the chords.
-
@insanecaine She was NOT being rude, if you know music- you understand that she was calling out the chords for him to play so he would know where she was going vocally; since this must have been an impromptu song.
-
That was rude. I smell a diva. I wish Jesus would treat her that way concerning, say, her salvation. "No, Twinkie - be THIS way. No Twinkie, that's not good enough be THAT way!" But he doesn't - love is patient, love is kind. That's not love Twinkie - simply because your mother was that way doesn't mean it was right.

She came to Baton Rouge and ran three musician off the instrument one night, but then there was Shantron Hawkins in the house and that brotha is a beast on the Hammond. Most have to understand, Ms. Clark has what know as prefect pitch these tones she hear more often then most of us ever will. So she know where to go and how to get there instrument wise.

@prayer123456 I like the way she told them where to go. If I would have had musician like this playing for me, more often I wouldn't have to play for myself all the time. Most musicians don't want to follow you they want to lead you. As a soloist we have control. But you are right about the hidden choirs someone starting out don't know much about what I can filler chords.
