@elmo11259 yep, coz they want passengers to know that the hostess who is not wearing silk dress, can speak the third langauge, for example, flight to china, a chinese hostess wearing normal thai uniform will be onboard to assist chinese passengers.

Thanks for this video! What a classy airline and attendants!!

@fitte6 its used to be like that, except for PANAM and after the war TWA and Northwest, most US carriers were domestic...then suddenly UA and Delta and everybody else became international...UA competing with SQ or CX..really???
-
@pineappleisawesome1 I will take you word on that. I have not flown on any European air lines since flying Turkish Airlines (THY) in 1984. All my flying experience since then has been with North American and Asian based carriers. That said, I do enjoy flying with Air Canada.

@ampinoy13 no thats true the british also are very courteous, just not the assholes on AA

Anyone who has traveled much to Asia and has taken American Airlines to get there, and then taken some of the Asian airlines to get around Asia, is struck by the contrasts in service. Prediction: within the next decade, long distance air travel will be on Asian and European carriers. North American airlines will be domestic carriers, and that will be simply because the governments will protect them against competition.

Definitely one of the best airlines ... exceptional service!

IUs it just me or are flight attendants all nicer on the Asian airlines (Thai, Japan, Korean, Asiana, Philippine) than on the US carriers? Just an American's viewpoint.
