Remember folks, the "strong is weak..." tell only works on "level 1" players. A "level 2" player who KNOWS you are thinking on "level 1" will sometimes fake those opposite-tells.
And a "level 3" player who knows that YOU know about opposite-tells will actually DO the "weak is strong" tell.
Rafe Furst said "Think exactly ONE LEVEL deeper than your opponent". This goes for betting patterns, physical tells, online action delays, etc.
