Part 1 of 2.
Recorded live at the Love Hall on 10/23/1982.

Here's a special one for you.
Necros were a hardcore band that formed in '79. They became friends with The Misfits, wore their merch at shows (like you can see in the video) had songs dedicated to them by Glenn (most notably "Mommy...") and went on tour with them. This is their last show on the Earth A.D. tour, The Misfits show after this gig was also recorded, you can watch it here:

Their drummer, Todd Swalla, also filled in for The Misfits two times: 06/25/1982 and at their last show, when Brian Damage (may he rest in peace) got too drunk.
Nowadays Glenn doesn't seem too fond of them anymore, calling their singer Barry a "fat piece of shit".

Songlist (credit goes to dastimp!):
1. Conquest for Death
2. Youth Camp
3. Your Version (of what I think)
4. Face Forward
5. I Hate My School
6. Satisfy
7. Public High School
8. No One
9. IQ 32
10. Police Brutality

  • Oops. I made a mistake. His name is Corey Rusk.

Dean Rusk was the Secretary of State under Kennedy.

  • I think the first song is "Be A Man".

The original bassist was Dean Rusk. Rusk was the co-founder of Touch and Go records, and helped put out records for the Butthole Surfers and The Meatmen. Dean was also involved with the "Why be Something You're Not" show that the Misfits appeared on. You can see his name in the credits after the Misfits played on that show.

The name "Why Be Something You're Not" came from a Negative Approach song, by the way.
