I purchased this systme for my HP 8000 and it ocmes with Dye Base inks. The 8000 uses Pigmented Ink and these inks are not compatible. The inkheads stop up quickly. I purchased 16 oz bottles of ink and CIS will not refund the purchase. Find a system that comes with Pigmented Ink. I wasted my money on this system and ink.
Thanks! How do we bypass, disable, reset, etc. the ink level sensor on the HP OfficeJet 8000 though? Mine now says I'm out of black and cyan ink but my CISS still has plenty to go :( I read that the sensors in the HP chips count the number of pages printed only, but I remember hearing there was a way to disable the chip check or something.
