3 Brothers, 3 Friends, 1 Love: Chapter 10 Part 3

The rest of the last chapter because youtube thought it was too long! Psshh!

The flag waved and I slammed on the accellerate peddle. Carson had done exactly the same and we were head to head in the lead. Nick had set off but had managed to crash right into the corner. Obviously forgot to turn. Riley had pressed the reverse peddle and gone flying backwards screaming. It was rather funny to watch if I wasn't concentrating so much on winning. We were super competative and she even tried slamming me into the side once or twice. I myself wanted to win fairly. It was the last lap and we were nearing the finish line. Carson reved her engine and thrashed into my side. I stayed on track and she once again came at me. This time I dodged her and pulled back. She crashed into the side and I took this oppertunity to drive past her and win. She followed in second place with Nick and Riley driving in at third place together.

"WINNER!" I cheered.
"Yeah well, you still drove a pink car." she stated.
"Ahh, zat is true but mademoiselle must date zis, zis, pink kart driver." I said in a foney french accent.

She rolled her eyes and walked inside.

"That was fun." Nick said.
"Yeah, you didn't go flying backwards."
"Well at least you didn't lose."
"Ahhh zat is true." she said mocking my french accent.

I laughed sarcasticly and followed Carson inside.

Nick's POV

It was safe to say I sucked at racing but, I did have fun which is the main thing. That's probabley the thing you'd expect a loser to say but I truely did enjoy myself. When I'm with Riley I always seem to have fun. Joe and Carson seemed to take it rather seriously. I wonder what was going on there?

I walked inside with Riley still laughing and joking and we found Joe and Carson in the middle of another argument.

"So what time should I pick you up tonight?" Joe asked.
"How about 10 past never!"
"What? We have a date tonight. Remember our bet?"
"We never shook on it so it wasn't final."
"Nick! Help me out here!" Joe yelled at me.
"Well I can't force her to go on a date with you." I told him.
"HA!" Carson taunted.
"BUT. If that was the deal then it's only fair."
"HA!" Joe taunted back.
"What will we do with these two." Riley said before walking outside back to the car.

Kevin's POV

After shopping around abit more with Hayley we decided to go onto the upper floor and have a Starbucks before going home. This was my chance to help Joe.

"So, the other night at yours was....eventful." I joked.
"You can say that again."
"I wanted to talk to you about Carson."
"What about her?" she asked a little confused.
"Joe was telling me about this Trey guy and, he doesn't sound like good news."
"Your telling me this!"
"You think the same?"
"Yeah! I told her but she wouldn't listen and, she acoused me of wanting her to get with Joe."
"Well, it would put an end to their bickering." I laughed.
"True. I suppose I'll just have to look out for her while you guys are on tour. Time will fly by and we'll be together soon enough."

I smiled at her before drinking my coffee. I had a great feeling about us.

The next few chapters are all based around Joe & Carson's date! :D
