That epson printer was way ahead of its time as far as inkjet printers are concerned. Beautiful color prints!

@ViciousDave4 Life Apple lead a lot of things in the world. USB was one of them. And I am not surprised that people blindly believed Steve Jobs when he said that flash technology is the past. He was the man who standardised soooo many things in the computer world.

@ViciousDave4Life People who build their computers buy motherboards. Motherboard manufacturers standardized USB well before 2005...go look at newegg in Q1 2002, all the MBs have USB.

I had some problems with Steve Jobs up until a few days ago, but once I actually took the time to hear this guy speak, I have to say I'm pretty impressed with his charisma, his enthusiasm, and most of all his sincere belief in what he was doing. I went from a 'ding-dong-the-witch-is-dead' attitude to one of admiration and appreciation in a very short time. Really sorry he's gone.

And to be fair... The four product line-up (for their PC hardware at least) is still true to this very day. Worked out well didn't it :)

I still have that keyboard and mouse and use them as a spare! Oh yeah, my computer is a modded Power Mac G3 blue.

@insaneiaq Well USB 3 is 5 gbits... who knows but i would rather have Thrnderbolt.
"We think USB is gonna be a big deal." Gross understatement!

The thing about Apple with USB is this. Before Apple standardized USB in there computers, tons of PC manufacturers were still using PS/2 inputs for there keyboard and mouse peripherals until early 2005. I have a Dell from 2005 and it used a PS/2 connection for it's keyboard and mouse, I had thought, why not USB? Than I found out Apple had it standardized while others were still behind.
