pushing religion on kids forcefully is harmful and causes long term damage. nowadays with waning good father role models many young men turn gay.
i dont think being gay is the solution but bashing on gays isnt good either, some people are married with kids and are worse, ultimately everybody has his own salvation process and learning curve in life.

Wonderfully said! I have mormon family members who love me and know I am gay. When I came out to them, my aunt has not stopped sending encouraging, positive letters to me daily. It does indeed get better!

Thank you for doing this. I have fowarded this to "schools out" in Wellington New Zealand. A Group that makes High school safe for 12-18 yr old GLBT

Awesome message buddy, so well said and honest. I can relate to growing up in a homophobic religion and being totally put down at school too. But you grew up to be a handsome guy with a killer smile, and a beautiful soul as well. Proud of you, man.
