How to adjust and align headlights and foglights

For reference this is 55w 6000k bi-xenons and 3000k 35w fogs. The video does not represent its real color, its not very accurate.
The manufacturer's rules are:
Low beams - 2 inches under the bulb line
Fog lights - 4 inches under the bulb line
Additional off road driving lights - 1.5 inches under the line.
all 25 feet away from the wall

What is the bulb line?

the bulb line is the level of your light bulbs. park your car against a wall and mark the line where your bulbs are located

ok so that tape is on the same level as the headlight right like the headlight lines up with that tape when u pull up next to it?

DUDE U SUCK AT explaining this process. god dam hears a much easier way everyone. ok pretty much all cars r the same hight ok. what u want to do is be 15-20 ft away behind another car.2 shine ur low beams then if the low beams r near the top of the bumper or a little bit above your good. then make sure your lights are pretty much on the right and left side of the bumper still cing the whole light beam

I have read that for HID's you are supposed to make the adjustment at 15ft.

Dude U need PROJECTOR HOUSING! I bought Spec D Projector Housing first then bought the HID kit. Looks stunning and the Headlights LINES are VERY VISIBLE!! Aiming is sooo easy! I'll post a video after my relays come in.. I don't like using my HID's w/o the relay. It will damage my system if i too it too long.. otherwise good aiming vid.
