Yeah that is true everyone in this film in terms of all the MI6 staff including Bond are looking far to old its quite funny tho as much as i like Roger moore he did one film too many and ended up fighting people half his age and being able to beat him if he hadn't stopped after a view to a kill then he would have looked like a grandad.
I always thought Moore's biggest aging difference was from Moonraker to For Your Eyes Only, he looked liked he put on some weight and his face certainly looked older.

@AlbinoAl I think it's because the Bond films are rated as PG films, so obviously we can't have any hardcore sex scenes.

All the Swan song films of the Bond actors suck all except for A View To A Kill and Licence To Kill. AVTAK is one of my favorite Bond films
