DO STRAP Them ON!!!! He didn't do that in order to save time. Since I have been doing my J-bands, my elbow never hurts, and my shoulder has gotten stronger. Here are some more J-band exercises that will strengthen your shoulder as well as your back. Jaeger Sports offers 10 exercises upon your purchase of the J-Bands.
