Since number of balloons and time of creation is a big deal in balloon twisting, I'm adding this design to my collection. I think that since it's so similar to the standard clown balloon, probably you've seen something like this before. In my mind, all I'm doing is eliminating the inner hexagon from the design which leaves a lot of balloon to be a long stem. Let me know if you've seen this before. If there is a youtube video of it, I'll add the link in a bubble.

  • I gave it one more shot at watching your videos and hoping to be able to follow what you are doing. Impossible! Even your simple instructions are difficult, and I have been twisting for a long time. You seem much more personally interested in the designs you are making and much less interested in passing on your designs to others. That's certainly your option, but posting them with the intent of teaching others isn't working.

  • @rouwster1 Thanks for your advice. Some of the videos I put up are a little bit of a proof of concept, others are a little bit of a record to myself, but there are some that are really meant to share the designs. Unlike many balloon twisters, I make my designs based on polyhedra. Polyhedra have lots of symmetry that I use to guide the designs. The designs build on one another. Try starting with "balloon octahedron" then "flower balloon". If you master those, I can suggest the next....

  • YOU ARE A GOOD BALLOONIST BUT YOUR INSTRUCTIONS ARE HORRIBLE.!! YOU DONT EXPLAIN HOW MANY BUBLE YOUR TISTING OR THE SIZE AND YOU SHOULD HOLD UP THE BALLOON MORE

  • @westlandjoe74 I understand where you are coming. Perhaps if you try some of my easier designs first, you may better see what I'm doing in this one. I suggest mastering "balloon octahedron", "flower balloon", and "latex flowers" in that order before you look at this one.

    good luck

ps using CAPS makes it look you are yelling. If you are, I'd suggest you switch to decaf.

  • Man you can't tell what your doing! Your not explaining very well and your just mumbling a bunch of stuff! Love the idea ! Just can't understand ya

  • I must say your designs are awesome....however you are the WORST balloon twisting teacher...I have learned alot from many other balloon twisters, but I can't follow you...you make twists without explaining what's going on...i spent hours trying to learn the wheels on your monster truck then gave up learning the rest (after much frustration and not being able to follow you)...after this video I might just be done wasting balloons on you :( I'm just very frustrated....you go to fast...

  • A never-seen-before flower to me. I love it. Thanks for sharing!

  • Ohhh.. i manage to make the Sunflower..nvrmind if u dont understand the instructions.. As a balloon twister U can somehow figure out how it's been made.. Thx theAmatour ...U can check my video on My Flowers.. but i haven't got time to make tutorial yet.. :) :)

  • @@@ good job amateur . Don't mind who criticise you! You are giving out what you know whit a smile, that's enough!

  • Thanks for the reply. I really like your designs and you were gracious enough to send a great reply. I am going back to your channel, look for the 'balloon octahedron' video, then the 'flow balloon' video and see if I can master those. If I do, I will comment again and you can direct me to the next best video for learning your stuff. Thanks again. Your not only very creative, but your response was very professional. Thanks.

  • Please, I need more detail and the steps shown as You do them. Beginning with how much air should I leave in the balloon.

    Love Your stuff!!!
